Founders?

Following are the donation options for Wall of Founders (Hospital Projects):
$1,000 - Eligible for a name plaque on the Wall of Founders at a hospital of your choice;
$5,000 - Eligible for a name plaque on the Golden Wall of Founders at a hospital of your choice;
$10,000 - Eligible for a personalized name plaque on the Platinum Wall of Founders at a hospital of your choice.

Can I specify where my donation
can be used?

Yes. You may donate towards Free Eye Surgeries or Hospital Projects for new construction and expansion of eye hospitals. If you choose Hospital Projects, you can specify the project of your choice.

How can I get a receipt for my
contribution?
